Shipping rates:

Quebec: Free on orders of 125$ and +.

10$ under 125$.

Pick-up available at the shop, from Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 5 pm.

Canada: $15 per order

Free over 125$

United-States: 50$ per order

The purchaser is responsible for any custom duties or applicable taxes.

Estimated delivery times:
Within Quebec, 2 to 3 working days;

within the rest of Canada, 3 to 5 working days;

and to the USA, 8 working days.

We usually mail your shipment out the day after we receive the order, so please factor in this time as well.

Tracking: we will e-mail the tracking information to you.

We will accept returns on Canadian orders within 30 days of the billing date. Items must be securely packaged and mailed via Canada Post with the label we will send you for free once you start your return process here. 

Items will be refunded once we get the package, with the exception of shipping fees.

Returns are only available for Canadian customers.

Our products are handmade. There could be some slight differences compared to the picture.

For the sand pieces, you only need to keep the dust of with a brush.

They aren't made to keep outside. Water wont break it, but sand is porous, so if it is wet and it freezes, it could break.

Our lamp need normal bulb or Led. Fluocompact, tend to alterate de colour of the shade with time.
